Shipping

Where we ship: We ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time: Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Carriers: We ship with UPS and USPS, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Shipping costs: Shipping is a $5.25 base rate plus an amount that depends on the size and weight of the items in your order. If your order contains more than one kind of item, you pay the extra amount for the largest one only, not for each item. Shipping is charged once per order. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

For example, an order of three stickers and one standard item ships for $8.95 in total.

Estimated delivery: Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed.

Tracking: When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Sales tax: Sales tax is currently charged only on orders shipped to Georgia addresses. It applies to your items and the shipping charge, is calculated from your shipping address, and is shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns and refunds

Return window: You can return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

What can't be returned:

• Bar soaps and other bath products, for hygiene reasons.
• Tarot and oracle decks whose seal has been broken.

How to start a return:

1. Email us at web@spookythistle.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll confirm the return is eligible and send you the return address and any instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back with a tracking number. Please don't ship anything to our mailing address before we've approved it.

Return shipping: You pay the cost of shipping an item back to us, unless the return is because of our mistake (for example, we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged).

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at web@spookythistle.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and we'll cover the return cost if we ask for the item back.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days after it shipped, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
